Deposit Policy :
$500 is due at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. (Christmas Holiday Reservations - 45 days prior to arrival).

Winter Cancellation Policy :
All cancellations are subject to $200 per unit handling charge. Cancellations less than 30 days (Christmas Holiday Reservations - 45 days) prior to arrival are subject to no refund unless space is re-rented.
